2. Terminal crimping: Use a small crimping machine to crimp the cut wires to the terminals. Sometimes one terminal can crimp multiple wires;
3. Sub-assembly The crimped wires are sub-packaged according to the requirements of the sub-assembly process, that is, the terminal is inserted into the sheath
4. Assemble the sub-assembled small assembly on the drawing board according to the loop direction to complete the assembly, and the tape or drawstring is bundled into a bundle, which is the wire harness.
5. Loop detection Conduct conduction test on the special loop detection equipment according to the pre-established loop direction.
6. Appearance inspection Use the naked eye to inspect whether some appearance parts meet the standards and whether they are missing accessories, etc.
