Precautions for FFC Cable

Precautions for FFC cable

1. Avoid twisting and rough movements when inserting or removing the FFC.

2. When plugging and unplugging, use fingers to pinch the reinforcing plate and plug and unplug vertically.

3. The reinforcing plate cannot be bent when in use.

4. For continuous use in high temperature and high humidity, a risk assessment before use is required.

5. If you accidentally drop to the ground when plugging or unplugging, you need to carefully clean the exposed conductor before using it again.

6. When FFC needs to be used for long-term reciprocating motion, its stress point cannot directly act on the end of the reinforcing plate, and the line body of the moving part cannot be folded, etc.

7. Avoid direct sunlight.

8. Avoid placing it in a dusty environment.

9. Avoid contact with corrosive and organic solvents.

10. Store in a room with temperature -10°C-30°C and humidity below 70%RH.
