3. Preassembly process. First of all, the pre-assembly process operation manual should be prepared. In order to improve the efficiency of the final assembly, the complex wiring harnesses should be set up pre-assembly stations. Whether the pre-assembly process is reasonable or not directly affects the efficiency of the total assembly and reflects the technical level of a technical personnel. If the preassembled part is less assembled or the assembled wire path is not appropriate, the workload of the total assembly personnel will be increased, and the speed of the assembly wire will be slowed down, so the technical personnel will often stay at the site to summarize.
4. Assembly process. Be able to design the specifications and dimensions of tooling equipment and material box according to the assembly table designed by product development department, design the size of tooling equipment, material box and attach the numbers of all assembly jackets and accessories to the material box to improve assembly efficiency. Prepare the assembly content and requirements of each station, balance the whole assembly station to prevent the situation that the workload is too large and the speed of the whole assembly wire is pulled down. To achieve the balance of work stations, the technical personnel must be familiar with each operation and calculate the working hours on the spot, and adjust the assembly process at any time.
